การใช้แอป Astra ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาหยุดใช้งาน
1. บริการ
Astra เป็นผู้ช่วยส่วนตัวอัจฉริยะที่ช่วยเขียน สรุป แปล ค้นหา สร้างภาพ และ จัดระเบียบงาน
2. บัญชี Astra ID
คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องในการสมัคร และรับผิดชอบการรักษาความปลอดภัยของ การเข้าถึงบัญชีของคุณ
3. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้
ห้ามใช้ Astra เพื่อกระทำผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิผู้อื่น สร้างเนื้อหาที่เป็น อันตราย หรือพยายามเจาะ/รบกวนระบบ
4. ผลลัพธ์จาก AI
เนื้อหาที่ AI สร้างอาจ ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่สมบูรณ์ และ ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำทางวิชาชีพ (กฎหมาย การแพทย์ การเงิน ฯลฯ) โปรดใช้วิจารณญาณและตรวจสอบก่อนนำไปใช้
5. แพ็กเกจและการชำระเงิน
ฟีเจอร์บางอย่างอาจเป็นแบบเสียค่าบริการในอนาคต โดยจะแจ้งเงื่อนไขก่อนสมัคร
6. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
แอป แบรนด์ และซอฟต์แวร์เป็นของ Astra เนื้อหาที่คุณป้อนยังเป็นของคุณ
7. ความเป็นส่วนตัว
การใช้ข้อมูลเป็นไปตาม นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
บริการให้ “ตามสภาพ” เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ที่เกิดจากการใช้งาน
9. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลง
เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้และจะแจ้งผ่านแอปหรือหน้านี้

1. The service
Astra is a personal intelligence assistant that helps you write, summarize, translate, search, create images, and organize.
2. Astra ID account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Astra for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, to generate harmful content, or to attack/disrupt the service.
4. AI output
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). Use judgment and verify before relying on it.
5. Plans & payment
Some features may become paid in the future; terms will be shown before you subscribe.
6. Intellectual property
The app, brand, and software belong to Astra. Content you input remains yours.
7. Privacy
Data use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms and will notify you in-app or on this page.
